I’ve noticed that the more sugar and comfort foods I consume, the more my creativity flows in a way that’s difficult for me to replicate when I’m worrying about eating vegetables and proteins.
I made a TikTok about this just a few days ago, musing about theories — whether it was the sugar, like when you have nightmares and strange dreams after eating sweets. Or maybe it could be the lack of anxiety from letting go and not having to think about what I’m eating.
In any case, the algorithm did its job and gave me the answer in the form of an edit. In the edit, a scene from a movie where Ryan Gosling, tied to a chair, was yelling at others that they were eating his carbohydrates and that they needed them because they feed your brain. So there you have it: go eat!
